KGS 67.5 Cylinder

Our KGS 67.5 Cylinder is widely used for transporting, storing and dispensing industrial gases. Our high pressure cylinders are made from chrome-molybdenum steel and are manufactured in strict accordance with all applicable DOT/TC specifications.
In order to maintain an extremely high level of quality control, the incoming material is closely monitored for chemical composition, grain size, and the presence of laps, seams, cracks and inclusions. Our cylinders are manufactured using a variety of methods, including plate drawing and hot billet punching, which can produce seamless cylinders with an integral bottom and sides.

The technology applied to produce the cylinders is hot spinning of seamless steel pipes by Computerized Numerically Controlled (CNC) german machines for closing both ends and subsequently followed by other finishing processes.

Seamless cylinders are manufactured on CNC hot spinning machines by closed bottom and neck forming and undergo all in-house tests and controls at every stage of production to ensure quality products for cylinders ranging from 76 to 406 mm diameter. Accessories like valve retainers, neck rings, caps and shields are fitted to the cylinders as per the requirements of the customers. The plant is equipped with the most modern machinery from renowned Indian and International vendors to produce quality products. The entire production process/testing is controlled and done in-house at our own dedicated facility. This ensures that cylinders of the right quality are available at the right price to suit most customer requirements.
